Beginning in 1995 Matt began taking many of his own photographs that accompanied his articles out of necessity. As a freelance writer for mostly small, weekly newspapers, the ability to supply his own art to enhance his articles proved to be a valuable asset to the editors working on both a tight schedule and a limited budget. Since that time Matt has honed his photographic skills through various classes as well as on-the-job training. His photos regularly accompany many of his features in Buffalo Business First and The Sun. Matt currently shoots all of his photography using his Canon XT digital camera. All photos can be emailed with the articles in whatever format and resolution you require for your publication.
